WHAT
We know that high performing teams comes from right skills and excellent co-work. To create the excellent co-work we need psychological safety, well-being, strong relations and trust in the team. This is exactly what we aim at creating at our team development workshops and it can last from half a day to 3-4 days depending on your need. We make your team get closer to each other and thereby improve the co-work.
You will get tools, communication skills, and new perspectives that will make your leadership even better! We create trust and psychological safety so you can benefit from feedback, sharing and new awareness. A program is 3 x 3 days and coaching in between. Groups of 6-8 persons so you are in focus and get the possibility to go in depth. Participants are leaders, HR partners or self-employed.
Explore your inner core, inner rightness and values and be able to feel and act accordingly through coaching. We will look at strengths and challenges, discover your potential and uncover patterns that prevent you from moving forward. A coaching session typically last for 1,5 hours and take place either at our office in central CPH or online depending in your location. We do in depth coaching – we do not just scratch the surface!
Do you feel stuck and need a new perspective to the situation? Do you need an external to facilitate a difficult dialogue weather it is between two persons or a group? We create the foundation to facilitate difficult dialogues – so trust, mutual awareness’s and understanding get established to be able to handle the conflict. We tailor make an intervention for your needs and it can be at our office, your company or online depending on the situation.
When working with stress we look at the whole person – both personal, private and job wise. We also work with changing patterns, since we believe that if we can change some of the deeper patterns, then we will be better to overcome stress in the present and avoid stress in the future. This means we will go into a therapeutic area to get to the root. We tailor make a process to the individual depending on the stress level, and sometimes we involve direct manager to ensure alignment and understanding.
